Terms of Service

01About these terms

These terms apply when you use www.404labstech.com or order a service from 404 LABS TECH STUDIO (“404Labs”, “we”). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• We may suspend an account that is used for abuse, fraud, or to break these terms.

03Student and client pricing

Student pricing is for students. We verify it from your university email address or by reviewing your account, and we may refuse or withdraw student pricing where the account does not qualify. Client orders are project work, paid in milestones as set out in the order.

04Orders and prices

• Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The price you pay is the one shown when you place the order; later price changes do not affect an order already placed.
• Vouchers and promotions apply under the conditions shown with them.
• We may decline an order we cannot deliver. If you have already paid, you get a full refund for work we have not started.

05Payment

Pay by bank transfer or e-wallet using the details shown at checkout, then upload your receipt. Work starts once we have verified the payment. If the amount received is short, we ask you to pay the difference before we start.

06Delivery and revisions

We deliver what the service or your order describes. Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees. Revisions are included only where the service says so; other changes may be quoted separately. If what we deliver does not match the agreed scope, tell us and we will fix it.

07Your responsibilities

• Give us the information and materials the work needs, on time.
• Only send us content you have the right to use, such as logos, text and images.
• Security reviews and testing are done only on systems you own or have written permission to test.
• Education and mentoring services teach you. We do not complete assignments, final-year projects or exams for you to submit as your own work.

08Ownership of the work

Once you have paid in full, you own the custom work we deliver for you. We keep our general know-how, tools and reusable components that are not specific to your project, and third-party components remain under their own licences.

09Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Malaysian consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999, that cannot be excluded.

11Changes and closing your account

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. An order already placed stays under the terms in force when you placed it. You can close your account at any time by emailing support@404labstech.com.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
