Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Student orders

• Cancel before we start work: full refund.
• Once work has started, or after delivery: no refund. If what we delivered does not match what the service describes, we fix it.

02Client (project) orders

• The deposit, which is the first milestone, is not refundable.
• A later milestone you have paid is refunded in full if work on it has not started.
• Milestones for work that has started or been delivered are not refundable. If the work does not match the agreed scope, we fix it.

03If we cancel

If we cannot deliver an order, we refund everything you paid for work we have not delivered.

04How to ask for a refund

Email support@404labstech.com, or write in your order's chat, with your order number and the reason.

05When you get it

Once we approve a refund, we pay it back by bank transfer within 24 to 72 hours.

06Discounts

A refund covers the amount you actually paid. Discounts from vouchers or promotions are not paid out as cash.

07Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect any rights you have under Malaysian consumer law.
